What we collect
When you send our enquiry form or email us: your name, email address, company or brand, the topic of your enquiry and your message. With the form we also record the page you sent it from, the date and time, that you gave consent and, if you reached us from one of our LinkedIn posts, which post. We do not ask for health information; please do not include any.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and send what you asked for, such as a sample or a spec sheet.
- To discuss and run any project we agree with you.
- To keep a record of enquiries and consent, as the law requires.
We do not use your details for marketing unless you ask us to, and you can stop it at any time.
Who sees it
Our team, and the service providers that run this website and our email: Cloudflare (website hosting, enquiry storage and spam protection) and Microsoft (email). These providers may process data outside Malaysia. We do not sell your data or share it for anyone else's marketing.
How long we keep it
For as long as we are in contact about an enquiry or project, and afterwards only as long as the law or our accounts require.
This website
This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies. The spam check on our form (Cloudflare Turnstile) checks your browser to tell people from bots; it is used only for that. When you arrive from a link in one of our LinkedIn posts, your browser keeps that post's reference until you close the tab, so an enquiry can tell us which post brought you, and we add one to that post's visit count. The count holds no name, IP address or other detail about you. We also count page visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not identify you.
Your rights
You can ask to see or correct the personal data we hold about you, withdraw your consent, or ask us to stop using it. Email [email protected] and we will reply within 21 days.
Language
This notice is also available in Bahasa Melayu. If the two versions differ, the Malay version applies.
