- Formulation Stability: We guarantee the stability and bioavailability of our nano-curcumin and other ingredients as provided in the raw state. Any alterations made by the client to the final formula may affect these properties.
- Quotations: All service fees, minimum order quantities (MOQ), and timelines discussed via the Site are estimates and are subject to a formal Service Agreement.
4. User Conduct & Accuracy of Information
- Account Security: If you register for a partner or distributor portal, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
- Information Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate information when requesting clinical data, OEM quotes, or partnership details. We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors regarding product pricing or technical specifications without notice.
